Price
All prices include VAT.

Payment
Payment is accepted through PayPal or Google Checkout.  This is fast and secure.  We do not keep any credit card data.

Delivery
Once payment is accepted goods are usually dispatched within 48 hours.  If applicable a tracking number will be given.  Delivery charges are £2.95 up to orders of £40, and free delivery thereafter.  If you are an non-UK order a £4.95 tracking surcharge is added automatically.

If an order is returned to us because of failure to pick it up or arrange a re-delivery by the customer then a second P&P charge will be incurred, or the delivery cost will be deducted from the order if a refund is paid.

Cancellation
Customers may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund.  Once goods are received by the buyer they have a seven day ‘cooling-off’ period.  They may return the goods for a full refund including delivery within this time.   If they wish to cancel the order once received, they must take reasonable care of the product while in their possession.  No restocking nor administrative fee will be charged either if cancelled within seven days.
